Meditation and Mindful Movement
Pregnant New moms and their babies
A yoga mat OR a blanket and a firm pillow recommended
I will guide you through 5 minutes of meditation and help you to set an intention. Meditation will then be followed by a guided mindful flow to release tension in our body and to give our physical selves just a little bit of TLC. A yoga mat is nice to have but not at all necessary, The goal is to show you how you can take 10 to 20 minutes to take a deep breath and be present.

Mindfulness & Reflection
This 30-minute activity will aim to provide prenatal & post-partum women with a general background on what mindfulness practice is and isn’t, including the benefits and general principles. Participants will then be guided through a mindfulness activity. At the end of this activity, we will spend some time reflecting and sharing.
No equipment is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Participants should have a safe, comfortable place to sit (on a cushion or chair) or have room to lie down, if preferred.
