ROC City Lactation Support Groups are welcoming spaces where parents and caregivers can get support with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping. Whether you’re expecting a baby, just starting your feeding journey, or have been nursing for a while, you’re welcome here and it’s totally FREE!
Our groups are led by trained lactation professionals and offer:
A safe, judgment-free environment
Peer connection and shared experiences
Help with latching, milk supply, pumping, returning to work, and more
In-person and virtual options to fit your needs
Some lactation supplies are available for attendees who need support in reaching their specific breastfeeding goals (ask your facilitator for more details)
Come as you are-babies, partners, and support people are always welcome!

La Leche League of Rochester
Our services include one-to-one help, monthly Series Meetings, lending libraries, and occasional enrichment meetings. We offer a rotating series of informal meetings that are open to all parents interested in, or currently breastfeeding. We encourage parents to start or complete a series before their babies arrive. Children are always welcome at our meetings. No matter the topic for that month, parents are encouraged to bring any questions or concerns they have.
