ROC City Lactation Support Groups are welcoming spaces where parents and caregivers can get support with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping. Whether you’re expecting a baby, just starting your feeding journey, or have been nursing for a while, you’re welcome here and it’s totally FREE!
Our groups are led by trained lactation professionals and offer:
