ROC City Lactation Support Groups are welcoming spaces where parents and caregivers can get support with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping. Whether you’re expecting a baby, just starting your feeding journey, or have been nursing for a while, you’re welcome here!
Our groups are led by trained lactation professionals and offer:
- A safe, judgment-free environment
- Peer connection and shared experiences
- Help with latching, milk supply, pumping, returning to work, and more
Come as you are—babies, partners, and support people are always welcome!
