Monroe County Department of Health, RRBC and WIC/NIH Breastfeeding Peer Counselors will be providing a Rock and Rest Tent for breastfeeding mothers at this year's Lilac Festival!  The festival runs from May 12 -24,  10:30AM- 8:30PM, parking is free if you park before 4PM.  The tent will be located in the "Kid's Zone",
